According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on a Saturday afternoon when a Harley-Davidson collided with a minivan at the intersection of Ganges Five Points Road in Franklin Township.

The driver of the motorcycle, identified as 45-year-old Paul Huffman from Shiloh, was rushed to Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital but, unfortunately, was pronounced dead upon arrival. The driver of the Dodge Grand Caravan, a 38-year-old individual, reportedly failed to yield at a stop sign, leading to the collision.
