A Carroll County man, Joseph Affayroux, 42, of Finksburg, was taken into custody for his alleged involvement in the arson of a commercial storage trailer, as reported by the Office of the Maryland Fire Marshal. The incident took place at 3154 Baltimore Blvd. in Finksburg, where firefighters responded to a fully engulfed commercial storage trailer. The fire, which took 30 minutes to control, resulted in $1,000 in damages.
