Accident – Death – Obituary News : The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana made a disturbing discovery this week when they found a wanted man dead inside another person’s home. The man, identified as Gilbert Moses, was the subject of a search by deputies after they received anonymous information about his whereabouts.
According to a report from the sheriff’s office, deputies received a call early Wednesday morning from a homeowner who found Moses unresponsive in her home. Deputies immediately responded to the scene and confirmed that Moses was deceased. There were no signs of trauma or foul play, and the cause of death is currently unknown.
The search for Moses began on July 10th when deputies received information that he was seen walking in the area of the Smithridge neighborhood in Chauvin, Louisiana. Deputies searched the area, including a residence on Highway 56, but were unable to locate Moses at that time.
Several hours later, deputies received another call reporting that Moses was inside a home on Highway 56. Upon arrival, deputies found Moses dead in the residence. Medical personnel confirmed his death on the scene.

Moses was wanted on outstanding warrants related to gun and drug charges. The sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate his death and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
