Accident – Death – Obituary News : Three individuals have been charged in connection with an armed robbery that took place on July 2 at a northeast Lawton apartment complex parking lot. Among those charged is Davion Wilson, also known as “Bag,” who is just 16 years old. Wilson faces felony charges of first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, and assault with a dangerous weapon. Due to the violent nature of the crime, he has been charged as a youthful offender.
In addition to Wilson, Elijah Draja’on Smith, known as “Lil Ettg” or “E,” aged 21 and hailing from Cache, and Dejean Revere Shannon, also known as “Luh Dee,” aged 20, have received the same charges. Law enforcement responded to the robbery at 2802 NE 9th just after 5:45 p.m. on July 2. A man reported that he and his girlfriend were in the parking lot when three men, all wearing hospital masks and armed with handguns, approached them and stole several valuable items, including a diamond Rolex watch, a Louis Vuitton bag, a Coach wallet, a handgun, an iPhone, and the title to the man’s vehicle.
Using “Find My Phone,” the man was able to track his iPhone to a specific location, leading police to the suspects. The victims positively identified Wilson, Smith, and Shannon as the perpetrators. Smith is currently being held on a $100,000 bond, while Shannon’s bond is set at $75,000. Both individuals are required to wear GPS ankle monitors and are prohibited from contacting the victims. They are scheduled to appear in court for preliminary hearings on September 3.
Wilson, whose parents were present at the hearing, received a bond of $100,000 and is set to appear for a preliminary hearing on September 16 before Special District Judge Susan Zwaan. The authorities are continuing their investigation into this case to ensure justice is served..
