MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) – A tragic accident occurred just north of Plymouth, where a motorcyclist lost his life after colliding with a GMC Terrain SUV on Thursday morning.
The incident took place around 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of Michigan Road and 6A Road. The Harley Davidson motorcycle ridden by the victim, 64-year-old Steven Parker from LaPorte, was involved in the collision. Sadly, Parker succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Reports indicate that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and suffered a severe head injury.
On the other hand, the driver of the GMC Terrain, a 27-year-old man from Bremen, emerged unscathed from the crash. Authorities have confirmed that he did not sustain any injuries.
