Authorities in Plymouth responded to a potential residential entry incident in the early hours of Wednesday morning, July 7th. The incident took place at 1005 Lincolnway East Apartment 7, where Plymouth Police were called to investigate.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers encountered a male individual attempting to exit the residence through the back door. The man was later identified as Jason McFarland, a 40-year-old resident of Union Road in Plymouth. McFarland was known to the local police force, and it was established that he did not have permission to be inside the property.
Following the discovery, Jason McFarland was taken into custody by Plymouth Police and subsequently transported to the Marshall County Jail. He has been booked on charges of residential entry and resisting law enforcement.
