In a shocking revelation, court documents have unveiled that a 21-year-old man on probation has confessed to law enforcement that he was engaging with children online and was receiving explicit images. Draven A. Foster now faces five felony charges for sexual exploitation of a child, with the incidents reportedly taking place in November last year.
According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, on May 17 this year, a deputy was informed by Madison County Probation about a probationer who had admitted to communicating with minors. The individual in question was identified as Foster, although the reasons for his probation remain undisclosed.
During an interview with the deputy, Foster allegedly disclosed that he had been conversing with girls aged between 16 and 17 on the social media platform Snapchat. Shockingly, he admitted that his intention was to solicit nude images or videos from these minors, as stated in the court documents.
Furthermore, Foster confessed to having conversations with two to three girls, from whom he received approximately 10 to 15 explicit images and videos. When questioned about the legality of possessing child pornography, Foster acknowledged that he was aware of the illegal nature of his actions and admitted to knowing that his behaviour was wrong.

In June, a warrant was issued for Foster’s Snapchat account, revealing a disturbing collection of 122 images and videos sent by a user who was 16 years old at the time. More than 100 of these images and videos depicted partial or full nudity, along with what was described as “child erotica” in the documents.
Additionally, a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children concerning Foster’s Snapchat account was received by the deputy. Subsequently, on July 3, Madison detectives secured an arrest warrant for Foster and apprehended him.
Subsequent to his arrest, Foster’s bond was set at $100,000, and he is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Madison County Courthouse. It is essential to note that being charged with these crimes does not equate to guilt, as everyone is presumed innocent until proven otherwise.
