Accident – Death – Obituary News : Three individuals have been accused of murder and other charges following the tragic death of a 68-year-old woman from New Zealand during an attempted robbery at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Southern California. Leroyernest Joseph McCrary, 26, from Compton; Jaden Cunningham, 18, from Lancaster; and Malachi Eddward Darnell, 18, from Los Angeles, made their first court appearance, wearing orange jumpsuits, in a secured area without speaking during the brief hearing.
