ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) – In a recent development, two individuals were taken into custody following a routine traffic stop in Allen County on Tuesday morning.

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted the traffic stop in the 3000 block of Old Gallatin Road, leading to the discovery of incriminating evidence.

Arrest of Joshua Burgett

During the stop, the passenger of the vehicle was identified as Joshua Burgett, who was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. Burgett was promptly apprehended by law enforcement officials.

Discovery of Illegal Substances

Further investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Tammy Hammock, was in possession of a plastic bag containing methamphetamine and multiple Xanax pills. Hammock was immediately taken into custody by the authorities.

Legal Consequences

Both Burgett and Hammock were subsequently transported to the Allen County Detention Center to face charges related to their alleged criminal activities.
