A man in Dayton has been formally charged with theft, vandalism, and failure to comply after allegedly stealing propane tanks from a local business. Curtis Wysong, 35, was indicted on Tuesday by a Montgomery County Grand Jury.

According to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, Wysong is accused of cutting open a propane storage cage at a business on Detrick Street and making off with five propane tanks.
