FRANKLIN — The Franklin Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman from Warren County.
Billie J. Winkle, 53, was reported missing on Monday, as announced in a social media post by the Franklin Division of Police. She was last heard from on Friday at 2 p.m.
Winkle is believed to be driving a 2009 Silver Infiniti G37 with the license plate HXS3978. If you have any information regarding her whereabouts, please contact the Franklin Division of Police immediately.
