SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – A devastating incident occurred in Springfield a couple of weeks ago, resulting in the tragic death of an 83-year-old man who was riding in a mobility type electric chair.
The fatal crash took place on the evening of June 28th at approximately 9 p.m. at the intersection of Congress and Chestnut Streets.
