In Stark County, Ohio, a 26-year-old woman named Sean Goe is set to appear in Canton Municipal Court on Tuesday morning to face charges of murder, tampering with evidence, and gross abuse of a corpse in connection with the death of her live-in girlfriend, 24-year-old Raychel Sheridan.
The tragic discovery of Sheridan’s body wrapped in plastic inside a garbage can at a Canton park was made on July 3, prompting a 911 call from a Canton Parks Department employee.
Previous reports indicated that Sheridan was believed to be murdered, with her boyfriend being considered a suspect.

Law enforcement officials were alerted to the situation after Sheridan’s mother requested a welfare check at the couple’s apartment on Orchard Dale Drive NW.
Upon arrival, deputies found the apartment empty, but the circumstances appeared suspicious, leading to the issuance of a search warrant.
During the investigation, Goe was spotted driving a maroon Jeep Liberty, believed to be registered to Sheridan, and attempted to flee on foot before being apprehended by deputies.
Stark County Sheriff Maier revealed that the murder is suspected to have taken place in the apartment, although the exact cause of death remains unknown at this time.
In addition to the murder charges, Goe also faces warrants for burglary, grand theft of a firearm, and domestic violence, with allegations of previous incidents involving threats and theft.
