LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — An Arkansas couple, Deja and Justin Rollins, are facing capital murder charges following the tragic death of their 2-year-old child from apparent heat exhaustion. The couple, who pleaded not guilty, have been accused of neglect and endangerment leading to the death of their young child.
