In a recent incident in Manhattan, Kansas, a man named Cody Adams, aged 30 and hailing from Rose Hill, was arrested on Monday afternoon for driving under the influence (DUI) and fleeing the scene. The arrest took place at approximately 1:21 p.m. in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road in Manhattan.

According to authorities, Adams was taken into custody and subsequently booked into the Riley County Jail on multiple charges. These charges include fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving, and failing to report an accident involving an unattended vehicle.

Following his arrest, Adams was held at the Riley County Jail until he was able to post bail. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond, as confirmed by officials.
