The Iron County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding a disturbance at Old Iron Town involving a fight and an “incident with a bull.” Upon arrival, deputies discovered the injured man who had been gored by the animal.

Originally, a life-flight helicopter was summoned to transport the injured man to the hospital. However, after receiving medical attention at the scene, it was determined that he could be safely transported via ambulance.
