Pamela Bundy : “12 Arrested, 1 Wanted in Larceny Case”

Accident – Death – Obituary News : Twelve individuals have been apprehended, and one individual remains at large following a comprehensive investigation into larceny by deputies from the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO). The incident, which unfolded on June 18, saw detectives from DCSO’s T.R.A.C.E. team collaborating with officers from the Denton Police Department to probe a felony larceny case at the premises of OPE of America in Denton.

In the course of the inquiry, detectives diligently pursued leads and successfully pinpointed the suspects involved in the larceny. Furthermore, they managed to identify several residences where the stolen chainsaws were either last sighted or potentially stashed.

On June 19, Nathan Ward was taken into custody and charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, Ward was slapped with a citation for operating a vehicle with a revoked license and displaying a fictitious registration plate. Subsequently, on June 21, Skilar Hall and Mason Moore emerged as prime suspects in the theft of the chainsaws. Hall faced charges of felony possession of stolen property, felony larceny, and obtaining property by false pretense, while Moore was accused of felony larceny and possession of stolen property.

The investigative efforts of the authorities led to the arrest of Angela Hardin on June 22. Hardin faced a litany of charges including possession with intent to sell and deliver fentanyl, selling and delivering fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, and misdemeanor child abuse. Tera Hardin was also apprehended on the same day and charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine by possession, possession of alprazolam, and misdemeanor child abuse.

Karen Watkins was another individual arrested on June 22, charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Watkins was also served with multiple outstanding warrants from Guilford and Brunswick counties. Ashley Musick was also taken into custody on the same day and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On June 25, Felesha Wiles was identified as the person attempting to sell the stolen chainsaws. Wiles was promptly apprehended and charged with felony possession of stolen property, identity theft, and attempting to obtain property by false pretense. Kelsey Bedford, on the other hand, was arrested on June 28 as a wanted fugitive for absconding probation.

Casey Passmore was arrested on outstanding warrants for failure to appear, while Colton Smith was identified as the driver of the vehicle during the incident. Smith faced a slew of charges including felony larceny, felony possession of stolen property, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of burglary tools, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Following a search of Smith’s bedroom, detectives uncovered stolen mail, driver’s licenses, social security cards, forged checks, and uncashed checks. Smith was hit with 17 counts of possession of stolen property and attempted forgery. He was further charged by the Lexington Police Department with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, obtaining property by false pretense, and financial card theft.

Jamie Liston was also arrested and charged with possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, 17 counts of possession of stolen property, and one count of attempted forgery. Meanwhile, Pamela Bundy remains at large and is wanted by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office for felony maintaining a dwelling to store a controlled substance.
