The tragic incident unfolded on Sunday morning in Mumbai’s Worli area, where a speeding BMW car collided with a scooter, resulting in the untimely death of a 45-year-old woman named Kaveri Nakhwa. It has been alleged that the vehicle was being driven by Mihir Shah, the 24-year-old son of Rajesh Shah, a prominent leader associated with the Shiv Sena, a political party led by Chief Minister Shinde. Following the accident, the Mumbai police promptly issued a lookout circular against Mihir and apprehended his father and driver for allegedly assisting him in evading the authorities.
