On July 6, a heartbreaking incident unfolded in Maharashtra’s Nashik district as the bodies of a 30-year-old woman and her three daughters were discovered floating in a well, two days after they were reported missing. The police are currently investigating the case, with initial suspicions pointing towards suicide.

Suspected Suicide Case Under Investigation

The woman and her daughters went missing from their residence in Mothe Sakode village on July 4, prompting her husband, Tukaram Deshmukh, to launch a search operation. The grim discovery was made by a farmer on Friday when he spotted the body of one of the daughters floating in a well located along the banks of the Aaram river in the village.

Upon retrieval of the body, it was identified as the eldest daughter of Tukaram Deshmukh. Subsequently, two more bodies were found in the well, confirmed to be those of Sarala Deshmukh, Sandhya (7), Manshree (6), and Vedshree (18 months).
