The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office has announced that several individuals have been apprehended in connection with a robbery and assault incident in Hermon, Maine.
According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, the Penobscot County Communications Center received a distress call reporting an injured male on Union Street in Hermon at approximately 3:45 a.m. on June 23rd.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered that the victim had been viciously attacked and robbed by individuals who were described as “known associates” by authorities.
Following a lead, law enforcement officials located one of the suspected vehicles at the Holiday Inn on Odlin Road in Bangor, where they successfully detained three out of the five suspects believed to be involved in the assault.
Subsequent searches of two hotel rooms and a vehicle led to the discovery of multiple bags containing crack cocaine, as well as other incriminating evidence.
The individuals taken into custody have been identified as Tory Kindred, aged 45, Thomas Pope, aged 47, and Amanda Allard, aged 35.
The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that further suspects have been implicated in the incident and efforts are underway to locate and apprehend them.
