Three individuals tragically lost their lives and eight others sustained injuries in a devastating incident on the evening of the Fourth of July in New York City. Among the victims were Lucille Pinkney, 59, and her son Hernan Pinkney, 38. The identity of the third victim is yet to be confirmed. The Pinkney family members described the deceased as cherished members of their community, with Lucille and Hernan being particularly close.
