Accident – Death – Obituary News : The Hendersonville Police Department has launched a death investigation after the discovery of human remains in a wooded area near S.R. 386 and New Shackle Island Rd. The remains were found by a TDOT subcontract worker who was cleaning up trash along the roadway. The deceased individual, a white female measuring approximately 4’9 and weighing 105 lbs, with brown hair, has yet to be identified.
The cause of death and the identity of the victim are still under investigation, pending the results of an autopsy report.
