The alleged sexual assault took place in Laury’s Baltimore County apartment, where the minor was found a week after she was reported missing by her family. Disturbingly, the minor disclosed during her hospitalization that she had engaged in sexual activities with Laury multiple times over a period of three days.
During the bail hearing, Judge Marsha Russell expressed deep concern over the details of the case, stating, “Although he has no prior record, the circumstances lead me to believe that he is a threat to the public.
