Guilty Plea and Sentencing

On May 20, 2024, Elisa Jordana entered a guilty plea for the offence of simple battery according to court records. She has since been sentenced to 12 months probation over the incident. The argument in the car reportedly stemmed from Jordana accusing Alipour of cheating on her with a woman named ‘Sara’.

During the car ride, Jordana was seen speaking to ‘Sara’ on the phone, threatening to post naked photographs of her online. When Alipour attempted to apologise, Jordana struck him in the face and arm multiple times. Alipour then retaliated by grabbing her hair and pushing her out of the car.

Statement and Allegations

Following the incident, Elisa Jordana expressed regret and acknowledged her mistakes, stating, “I’m very heartbroken on recent events and also very regretful. I made so many mistakes recently.” In an interview with TMZ, Jordana claimed that she feared for her safety during the altercation and alleged that Alipour had ‘strangled’ her.

Jordana further explained, “When I slapped him, I didn’t want to kill him, I just wanted to slap him. That’s all I wanted to do, I was just mad… I felt when he was, like, strangling me, and when he was pulling my hair and shaking my head so violently… I felt he was trying to kill me.”
