FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA/Gray News) – Kuehnert Dairy Farm, a historic family-owned dairy farm in Indiana, is embarking on a nostalgic journey by reintroducing the traditional milkman service to its community.

Established six generations ago, Kuehnert Dairy Farm has been a pillar of the local agriculture industry, renowned for its commitment to quality dairy products and sustainable farming practices.

In a bid to offer a unique and personalised experience to its customers, the farm recently launched the Kuehnert Milk House. This establishment offers a range of milk flavours in eco-friendly glass bottles, including whimsical options like cotton candy and orange cream.

Embracing a circular economy model, Kuehnert Dairy Farm encourages customers to return their empty bottles for store credit, promoting both traditional values and environmental responsibility.

Building on the success of the Milk House, the farm has announced plans to revive the age-old tradition of milk delivery. Customers can look forward to having fresh milk, artisanal cheese curds, and creamy butter delivered right to their doorsteps.

Andrew Kuehnert, the Milk House Manager, expressed his excitement about reconnecting with the community through this initiative. “We aim to bridge the gap between our farm and your home, delivering wholesome dairy products with a personal touch,” he said.

While an official launch date for the milkman service is yet to be confirmed, Kuehnert reassured eager customers that the program is expected to be operational within the next three months. “The overwhelming positive response from the public has motivated us to expedite the implementation of this service,” he added.

To streamline the ordering process and enhance convenience, all deliveries will be managed online. Customers can place their orders with ease, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
