The 25-year-old man from Oregon was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure upon the plane’s arrival at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The individual informed authorities that he had consumed several whiskey and cola beverages before boarding the flight from Portland, Oregon, to Manchester. He continued to drink during a layover in Chicago and after boarding the connecting flight. The man claimed he needed to use the restroom due to a medical condition causing frequent urination, as detailed in the criminal complaint.
