Vehicle Recovery: In the early hours of the morning, troopers discovered a disabled 2016 Nissan Maxima on Interstate 95 south in Tinicum. The vehicle was reported stolen and had a stolen tag from another vehicle. The 35-year-old driver from Philadelphia was apprehended.

Property Damage: A 19-year-old man from Philadelphia reported his vehicle window was smashed on Harrison Road in Middletown Township.
Driving Under the Influence: At 4:11 a.m., Troopers stopped a 2018 Audi Q5 for multiple traffic violations on Interstate 95 south. The 44-year-old female driver from Camden, Del., was found to be under the influence.

Fraudulent Activity: A 72-year-old resident from Deerfield Court in Chester Heights reported a $579 charge on her checking account.

Threat Incident: At 1:43 p.m., a motorist on Interstate 95 north in Chester Township reported having a weapon pointed at them by another motorist.

Drug Possession: A 40-year-old man from Brooklyn was arrested for possession after troopers stopped a 2018 Dodge on Conchester Highway near Foulk Road for traffic violations just after 1 a.m.
Overdose Incident: Troopers conducting a welfare check at 4:27 p.m. on a home in the 500 block of East St. Andrew’s Drive in Middletown found the homeowner unconscious from a prescription overdose.

Theft: A 25-year-old woman from Media reported the theft of her wallet from 6 Campus Blvd. in Edgmont. Over $700 were charged to her stolen credit cards.

Retail Theft: Troopers responded to Sephora for the theft of over $900 in goods committed by two males and a female.

Robbery: At 2:08 p.m., a couple from Wilmington was arrested following an incident at PetSmart in which over $400 in dog food, a phone and other items were taken.

Robbery: A 25-year-old woman from Philadelphia was arrested after pushing an employee while taking $1,000 in items during a retail theft from Lululemon in Concord. A second woman involved was not located.

Theft: Troopers received a report of a package theft from the mailroom of a 1000-unit apartment house on Ellis Drive in Concord. A 26-year-old man from Trainer was arrested.

Scam: A 69-year-old resident of Pinebrook Drive in Middletown fell victim to a lottery scam, sending $985.40 to access alleged winnings. After sending $300 in gift cards, the victim realised it was a scam.

Bitcoin Scam: A resident of Willits Way, Concord Township, was scammed out of $15,000 in Bitcoin.

Theft Investigation: Troopers are investigating a theft-fraud and financial exploitation of a 76-year-old woman from Moore Drive in Middletown, who had two loan agreements valued at over $108,000 stolen. The actor’s deceptive business practices involve convincing seniors to entrust him with a large sum of money to manage their finances, acting as a financial planner and money manager.
