The Twin Falls Police Department responded to a call at 645 Fawnbrook Avenue around 7:22 p.m. on Wednesday and discovered Garza with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center but tragically passed away the following morning.
