BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) – Authorities in Gulfport have arrested 23-year-old Jordan Keith Campbell on two counts of aggravated domestic assault following a disturbing incident that occurred on Wednesday evening.
According to Gulfport PD officials, the incident unfolded at around 8:32 p.m. on Wednesday in the 400 block of Glen Valley Way in Gulfport. Police responded to a call reporting a stabbing, and upon arrival, they discovered Campbell’s grandparents with multiple stab wounds.
Reports from investigators reveal that Campbell allegedly entered a bedroom and viciously attacked his grandmother, stabbing her repeatedly. When his grandfather intervened to protect her, he too was brutally assaulted with multiple stab wounds.
Jordan Keith Campbell has now been taken into custody and is currently being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. He faces charges of aggravated domestic assault and is being held on a $500,000 bond set by Judge Patano.
