In a disturbing turn of events, a security guard at Sindhi College in Bengaluru met a tragic end when he was brutally stabbed to death by a student who was reportedly intoxicated. The incident took place on Wednesday, sending shockwaves across the college community.
The victim, identified as 52-year-old Jai Kishan Roy, was stationed at the main entrance of Sindhi College in Kempapura. He was on duty for the college’s annual day celebrations when the horrific incident occurred.
Reports suggest that the accused student, named Bhargav Burman, attempted to gain entry into the college premises while in an inebriated state. However, Roy, in line with his duty, refused to allow him inside. This led to a heated confrontation between the two parties.
