Discovery of the Crime
The tragic event came to light when a canoer made a grim discovery in the Edisto River on December 3rd, finding the lifeless body of Ms. Arroyo. Following an investigation, it was established that the suspect and his mother had been together at the suspect’s residence before an altercation ensued, leading to the fatal outcome.
