A disturbing incident unfolded in Panama City, Florida, on Tuesday as a Georgia man was apprehended for reportedly exposing himself to minors. The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Shaune David Tighe from Fannin County, Georgia, now faces serious charges in connection with the incident.
According to reports, Panama City officers responded to multiple calls from concerned citizens in the vicinity of 23rd Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Witnesses detailed instances of a man engaging in indecent behavior in public, specifically targeting minors.
Following a swift investigation, Tighe was taken into custody and charged with one count of indecent exposure and two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition. The suspect was promptly booked into the Bay County Jail to await further legal proceedings.
