A nurse at an assisted living facility in Clermont County, Ohio, is currently facing charges after being accused of smoking a pipe in one of the patient’s rooms. The incident took place on June 25 at 10:59 p.m. at Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
