ROANOKE, Va. – Roanoke Police have apprehended 29-year-old Kas Parker in connection with a tragic shooting incident that took place on Monday night, as confirmed by the RPD.
Parker has been charged with second-degree murder, and the victim has been identified as Brandon Williams from Roanoke, according to authorities.
