Bolivar Police in Tennessee are collaborating with animal control authorities to locate and secure two dangerous dogs following a tragic incident that occurred on Monday morning. The police responded to a distress call around 1:30 a.m. on July 1, 2024, in the vicinity of Sycamore Street and Mitchell Street. Upon arrival, they discovered a 61-year-old woman named Theresa Rhodes, who had sustained severe injuries from a dog attack.
