Carl Foote, a lifelong resident of the area, expressed his astonishment at the infestation, stating that in his over 60 years of living on his property, he has never witnessed such a phenomenon.

The slow-moving creatures have quickly multiplied on Foote’s property on Old Dekalb Road, spreading to his neighbour’s land as well.
