GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO/Gray News) – Indiana State Police are currently searching for Bryson Muir, a 14-year-old boy from Logansport, Indiana, who went missing from his grandmother’s home in Garfield Heights, Ohio on June 16.
Concerns for Bryson’s safety arose when his grandmother, Cheryl Wright, called 911 to report that she believed he was being abused by his parents, Daniel and Kristen Muir, as reported by WTTV.
Despite Kristen Muir being pulled over shortly after the 911 call was made, Bryson was not found in her car.
Wright is urging anyone with information on Bryson’s whereabouts to come forward and contact the police. She expressed her hope that he is safe and alive, adding that she has been unable to reach her daughter, Kristen, who is married to Daniel Muir and has five children with him.

On June 18, the Cass County Department of Child Services contacted Indiana State Police to investigate allegations of domestic battery against Bryson.
Despite efforts to contact Daniel and Kristen Muir, authorities have been unsuccessful in reaching them.
Daniel Muir, a former NFL player who has played for teams such as the Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, and New York Jets, is also a former player at Kent State University.
