Ronald Powell began his football journey at Rancho Verde High School in California, where he quickly established himself as a top talent. His exceptional skills earned him a 5-star recruit status and made him the standout player of his class. Powell’s commitment to the Florida Gators after high school showcased his potential for greatness.
Playing for the Gators from 2010 to 2013, Powell made a significant impact on the field. Unfortunately, he faced a setback in the 2012 season when he tore his ACL. However, this did not deter him from pursuing his dreams.
In the 2014 NFL draft, Powell was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round. He played 14 games for the team, showcasing his talent and determination. His time with the Saints allowed him to contribute to the sport he loved at the professional level.
