Four People Killed in Clash over Car Parking in Bihar’s Aurangabad
Aurangabad, Bihar: In a tragic incident, four people were killed in a clash over a car parking dispute in Bihar’s Aurangabad district. According to Aurangabad DSP Mohd Amanullah Khan, the clash started when a shopkeeper took exception to a motorist parking his car in front of his premises. The situation escalated when an occupant of the car allegedly pulled out a gun and opened fire, killing an elderly person. This provoked the locals, who then beat up the occupants of the car.
The car had come from the Palamau district of Jharkhand, and the occupants were residents of the Hydernagar area. The driver stopped in Nabinagar and parked the vehicle in front of a shop in Taitariya Mod. The shopkeeper objected, leading to a heated exchange. One of the car’s occupants whipped out a gun and fired a shot, hitting a bystander named Ram Sharan Chauhan, who died on the spot.
Infuriated onlookers gathered at the scene and pounced upon the occupants of the car, beating them with whatever they could find. By the time the police arrived and dispersed the mob, three occupants of the car, namely Mohd Mujahid, Charan Mansuri, and Mohd Ansari, had been beaten to death.
Two people, identified as Vakil Ansari and Ajeet Sharma, sustained injuries in the incident. Ansari was admitted to the Sadar Hospital in Aurangabad, and his condition was stable. However, Sharma’s condition was critical, and he was referred to a hospital in Gaya.

The police are currently conducting a probe to determine who pulled the trigger on Chauhan and to identify those who attacked the occupants of the car.
