In a directive issued by the administration, it has been stated that seven IPS and WBPS officials have been transferred to Murshidabad district from Nabanna. Additional SP Asim Khan of Lalbagh in Murshidabad has been transferred to the additional SP (Superintendent of Police) post in Raiganj. Similarly, the SDPO of Jangipur, Rashpreet Singh, has been entrusted with the responsibility of the same position.
