Alleged Incident: 5-Year-Old Jaxon Podbielski Dies After Falling into Connecticut River
HADDAM, Conn. – A heartbreaking situation has emerged as officials report the death of a 5-year-old boy, Jaxon Podbielski, who allegedly suffered severe injuries after falling into the Connecticut River. According to a report from WFSB, Jaxon was pulled from the river in Haddam on October 26.
The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) reported that the young boy was found in critical condition and rushed to Connecticut Children’s Hospital. Sadly, after spending five days fighting for his life, he was pronounced dead on Thursday. As of now, the official cause of death remains undetermined.
