Henrico police Investigate Alleged Moped crash Death

This incident took place on October 31 around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Dill Road and Vawter Avenue. Eyewitnesses reported the collision, prompting police to respond quickly to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers found both vehicles situated in the eastbound lanes of Dill Road. The moped driver, identified as 73-year-old Walter Allen Miller, was transported to a nearby hospital.
