Kentucky State Police Investigating Three Vehicle Collision in Ballard County

Kentucky State Police are currently investigating a three-vehicle collision that occurred in Ballard County on Friday, resulting from a suspect pursuit that originated in McCracken County. The pursuit began when officers received a request from the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office to be on the lookout for a suspect involved in multiple violent felony offenses. The suspect, identified as 24-year-old Noah Driver, was driving a stolen 2018 Toyota Camry.

The pursuit, which involved officers from the Paducah Police Department and the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, led to a collision on US 60 in Ballard County. Driver’s vehicle struck a Cadillac XTS, causing it to overturn into a gas station parking lot. The occupants of the Cadillac, Christopher Hargrove and Kelley Long, were airlifted to an out-of-state hospital for treatment.

After hitting the Cadillac, Driver’s vehicle veered into the eastbound lane and collided with a Nissan Rouge driven by Rebecca Clark. Both Clark and her passenger, Kenneth Clark, were transported to a local hospital for injuries. Driver himself was treated and released for minor injuries.

Driver was arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including fleeing or evading police, assault, wanton endangerment, and operating a vehicle under the influence. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail by the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
