The Howard County Coroner’s Office is seeking assistance from the public to identify a deceased man discovered at a west side business. The man, known as “John Doe,” is described as white, 5-feet-10-inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brownish-gray crewcut hair and a short beard and mustache. He was found wearing black and yellow swim trunks and gray and blue tennis shoes, with a black backpack nearby. Unlabeled diabetic medications were also found, indicating he may have been diabetic. Unidentified Deceased Man Found in Howard County

Authorities in Howard County are seeking the public’s help to identify a deceased man who was discovered at a business on the west side of town. The Howard County Coroner’s Office was called to the scene on the evening of July 5, following reports of the man’s death.

According to a statement released by Howard County Coroner Steve Seele, the man, currently known as “John Doe,” is described as a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. He had brownish-gray crewcut hair, a short beard, and mustache. At the time of discovery, he was wearing black and yellow swim trunks and gray and blue tennis shoes, with a black backpack found nearby.

Despite an extensive search, no other identifying items were located at the scene. However, investigators suspect that the man may have been diabetic, as unlabeled diabetic medications were found in close proximity. In an effort to identify the deceased individual and contact his next of kin, officials have released images of distinctive tattoos found on his body.

Distinctive Tattoos

The tattoos include the initials “KAW” and a wolf’s face on his right upper arm, a large cross on his left upper arm, and an animal skull with horns on his calf. These tattoos may serve as crucial identifiers in determining the man’s identity.
