Dylcia Pagan, a prominent figure in the Puerto Rican nationalist movement, has reportedly passed away at the age of 77. Pagan, who spent 19 years in prison after being convicted of seditious conspiracy, was granted clemency by President Bill Clinton on the condition that she renounce violence.
