Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A devastating accident took place on Bypass Road near Rau Circle in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, claiming the life of a 44-year-old woman teacher. The incident occurred around 8:30 am as the woman, identified as Jaishree Patil from Jhabua, was on her way to a school for an examination. Tragically, her brother-in-law, Umesh Deshle, who was riding the motorcycle with her, managed to escape unharmed.
The impact of the accident was so severe that Jaishree’s body became trapped between the wheels of the truck that hit them. It took the authorities nearly half an hour to extract her body using an earthmover. Jaishree was in the city to appear for a job examination at a school and had stayed at her sister’s residence in Pigdamber the night before the incident.
As they were heading to DPS School, the truck struck them near Rau Circle, causing Jaishree to fall under the wheels of the truck. Her brother-in-law, on the other hand, managed to escape without any injuries. Jaishree leaves behind her husband and son, as the police launch an investigation into the accident to determine its exact cause. The truck involved in the incident has been seized by the authorities.

Elderly Woman Fatally Injured in Car Accident
Another tragic incident occurred under Bhanwarkuan police station limit, where a 65-year-old woman named Kala Bai lost her life after being hit by a car. The incident took place on July 4, and Kala Bai succumbed to her injuries during treatment on Sunday morning. She was a resident of Rahul Gandhi Nagar and was on her way to visit her employer when the car struck her.
According to her granddaughter Pooja, Kala Bai was crossing the road when the speeding car hit her. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she could not survive her injuries after battling for three days. The driver of the car fled the scene following the accident, leaving Kala Bai’s family devastated.
Tragic Accident Involving Overturned Tractor
In yet another unfortunate incident, a youth named Neeraj lost his life while another individual was injured after their tractor overturned near Teen Imli Bridge under Azad Nagar police station limit. Neeraj, a resident of Damoh, was driving the tractor with a tanker along with two others when the vehicle overturned, leading to his tragic demise.
The police have initiated an investigation to understand the circumstances that led to the tractor overturning and causing Neeraj’s untimely death. The incident serves as a grim reminder of the importance of road safety and cautious driving to prevent such tragic accidents from occurring.
