A woman named Cori Clingman was driving northbound on Route 4 when she attempted to change lanes at a high speed, causing her to collide with a Dodge Charger and a Chevrolet Impala. The impact sent the Charger off the road, where it struck several tree stumps before coming to a stop.

In the Charger were Khyree Jackson, who was in the front passenger seat, along with the driver, 23-year-old Isaiah Hazel, and another passenger, 24-year-old Anthony Lytton, Jr. Tragically, all three occupants of the Charger lost their lives in the crash. Clingman and the occupants of her vehicle escaped without injuries.

Suspected Drunk Driving Involved

Authorities suspect that alcohol may have played a role in the accident. Maryland State Police have indicated that charges are pending as the investigation continues and in consultation with the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office.
