Camden Area Business Group to stage fireworks over Camden Harbor July 4
The Camden Area Business Group has announced that the 4th of July fireworks show will go on as planned, taking place on Thursday, July 4, at 9 p.m. over Camden Harbor. Despite logistical challenges, the group expresses gratitude to Art Tibbets and Central Maine Pyrotechnics for their support. This year’s show will return to its historical location in front of Curtis Island, thanks to the overwhelming support from the local business community and residents. “We cannot thank Art Tibbets enough for the use of floats and to Central Maine Pyrotechnics for continuing to work with us through these challenges,” said Erick Anderson, Chair of the Camden Area Business Group Board of Directors. “While we were under different guidelines last year which adjusted the shoot location site, we are very excited to share that this year’s show will be able to return to its historical location in front of Curtis Island.”
