Geoffrey Cambier (1960-2024) Obituary – Cause of Death : Geologist Geoffrey Cambier Passes Away, Church Ceremony on 26 June

Dear GBLsp, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed colleague, Geoffrey Cambier, over the weekend. Geoffrey was a highly respected geologist who dedicated his career to companies such as GSB, G-tec, SGS, and Test-Achats/Testaankoop.

Geoffrey’s sudden departure has left a void in our community, as he was not only a talented professional but also a kind and generous individual. His passion for geology was evident in his work, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A church ceremony will be held on 26th June 2024 to honour Geoffrey’s memory. Further details can be found in the attached obituary notice.

At this time, the cause of Geoffrey’s passing has not been confirmed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones as they navigate this difficult time.
