NORFOLK, Va. Man Arrested for Second-Degree Murder Following Fatal Shooting
NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) –Detectives have arrested and charged a man following a shooting Tuesday morning that left another man dead.
On June 18, 2024, around 10:15 a.m., Officers were called to the 3100 block of Kimball Terrace for the report of a gunshot victim. When police arrived, they located a man, identified as Bobby L. Hill, 32, of Chesapeake, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Hill was pronounced deceased at the scene.
As a result of this investigation, Detectives have charged Michael A. Lewis Jr., 27, with second-degree murder, and use of a firearm.

Lewis was taken into custody by Norfolk Police in the City of Suffolk on June 18th, around 3:00 p.m.
He is currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
